Hey friends,
My name is David Tuell. I would consider it a privilege to minister the awesomely wonderful and living Word of God to you and your loved ones! My wife Jill and I have been in pastoral ministry now for over twenty years. From our early Baptist roots to our present day Pentecostal/Charismatic practice, we have found the Christian life to be an incredible journey of learning and experiencing God's faithfulness and presence.
Even though Christian Life International Church is covered by a well established Pentecostal movement, our approach to ministry is as free as we can make it from any denominational bias. Old oil has a stench to it that just doesn't appeal to us...but fresh oil carries with it the anointing to break every yoke!
I was saved at six and answered the call to preach at nineteen. I attended what was then Columbia Bible College in Columbia South Carolina. We returned home to pastor a Baptist Church, and then plant an independent charismatic Church, and then came here to what was at that time Christian Life Fellowship. The name was changed to Christian Life International to better reflect our desire to be a more "kingdom minded"Church for these last days.
Jill and I are not your traditional pastors. We decided years ago not to play professional religious leaders, but rather to just be real with our people. Jesus radically changed our lives. We believe He can radically change yours too! We found the Word of God to be incredibly relevant to our day and that it easily fit into modern methodologies without compromising its everlasting truths. We found the power of God to be just as real for today as it was in the Book of Acts and we want you to realize that awesome power as well. We've been able to share this message with literally hundreds of thousands of people through one on one, corporate services, radio, and television ministries.
We've had the privilege of ministering this Word to lost people and believers of many denominational backgrounds. We would consider it an honor to serve you in this capacity as well. We're not new to this region. God called us to this region 25 years ago and we have never left. We have faithfully ministered in this area of the Roanoke Valley for over twelve years now. We understand the mindsets of the wonderful people of this region and believe God is just a breath away from bringing us mighty revival!!! We've found more and more and more... can you!
